This Road Runner was produced at the Los Angeles factory on February 6. 1970. A rust-free. west-coast car. In 2008 it received a full show-quality restoration with upgrade to a period-correct 440/6 Pack engine (440 cubic inch/390 HP with 3. 2-barrel carburetors) with 4-speed manual transmission with "Pistol Grip" shifter. Body was stripped and repainted in correct "Vitamin C" Orange/Black combination. Correct striping. badging and decals in-place. The body is lazer-straight with a beautiful concours finish. Vacuum-operated "Air Grabber" hood. Interior is excellent with white vinyl upholstery. bucket seats. Highly optioned with working AM radio. heater and tachometer/clock. 150 mph speedometer. The engine was fully rebuilt and runs flawlessly. No smoke. noises or other issues. Great power and torque. Smooth-shifting. Excellent brakes. A kick to drive. Engine has been correctly detailed and shows beautifully. The level of quality and attention to detail in this car are spectacular. Since restoration it has been kept in a climate-controlled garage and seen very limited use. The only reason for selling is to settle the estate.
