Description for Plymouth Road Runner 1971
I am selling this car for my father who has spent a lot of time working on it over the last few years and has now decided it is time to move on to the next project. It has been garage kept since the moment he brought it home. This is a 1971 Plymouth Roadrunner, 383, Automatic, 391 suregrip. It has had a lot of work done to it including all new fuel lines, gas tank, fuel pump, upholstery, brake lines, brakes, and power booster master cylinder. It also has a rebuilt Holley 650 and rebuilt power steering pump. It has no rust and 74,000 original miles. The color of the car is "B5 Blue" which is the original color of the car. The car's tires have about 1/2 the tread still on them. There are also some small things that I am sure my dad has done to the car over the years that he just didn't remember to tell me.
There are a few things he did not get around to. There is a crack on the windshield (bottom driver side corner), exhaust leak on passenger side, there is a rug in the car but should be replaced and the car will come with its dome light and lens but it needs to be mounted. Finally, the car does have a paint blemish on the roof. I have included a picture of the blemish but the picture makes it look much worse than it actually is and with some wet sanding it should come out.
If you go online you will find this car selling for 30 plus thousand dollars. The difference between those and this is they don't need a few of the things I have listed above. However, at a 10,000 dollar plus discount, these are not problems that should hold you up. The car is completelydrivable and will be sure to turn heads as you drive by them.
