Description for Plymouth Fury 1964
A very beautiful 1964 Plymouth Fury sedan & with what I have been told is a 318 Semi Hemi Poly Head Engine. Research & compare. It has original 75,000 miles, starts instantly & runs strong, smooth & fast. The original interior was covered with the top striped upholstery cover you see in pictures. These front & rear seats top covers are in great condition & included with car. Original front seat has some flaws. The back seat is in beautiful condition. Other than the paint, tires & JVC radio cassette & speakers & to the best of my knowledge, this Fury is original. The headliner is intact & in great condition as well as the door & trunk rubber. The door rubber piping material has some fraying as the pictures show. The original carpet is also in very good condition. The under carriage is very clean & no rust throughout. The body is straight. It was painted in 2003, two tone. Everything on the dash works except the gas gauge. Air conditioner is original factory installed Mark IV. It works & blows out cold air but needs recharging. Original radio & the reverb sound boost accessory was disconnected in order for the JVC cassette radio tape player & Pioneer rear deck speakers to be installed. It worked prior to disconnecting but when taken in to reconnect, it powered up, but no sound. It has a power steering leak. No door lock key. Has the push button automatic transmission, power steering & brakes. Mechanically strong & sound. There are some paint flaws but in general as you can see it is nice. This Fury has been very well taken care of throughout its lifetime. Always in covered garage storage. Pictures show the drivers side inside door top panel flaw as well as the passenger outside lower exterior panel flaws. In summery, this car I consider to be in really such very good all around condition for its age. Selling at a "MAKE OFFER" bid price. All reasonable offers seriously considered. Comes with a NOS 8 track player & case of tapes bought in the 1960's/70's but never installed. Please ask your questions. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs & arrangements for pickup as well as full payment made within 7 days of listing sale & prior to pickup. It is advertised in other sales outlets & can be taken off listing upon it being sold without notice. It is so very hard to find a car like this in such really wonderful very near all original condition & with such low original miles. I have the cars service history. I have tried to show pictures & describe to you a good general description & idea of this Fury as it is. It is an everyday driver. The farthest I have ever driven it was to a car show 165 miles away & it performed great. I am giving you my knowledge & opinion on the description of this vehicle to the best of my ability as I know it. Yours opinion may be different. Please call me for questions. I encourage you not to hesitate with your offer. Please study the pictures as it is being sold as the pictures show it & as is. No returns or refunds, so PLEASE ASK YOUR QUESTIONS at 719 / 543-4325, leave message, Ralph
