1968 Pontiac Tempest with 46,544 original miles. Car was purchased from original owner and has undergone a frame off restoration. Car has its original number matching 350 2bl motor but the original 2 speed trans was removed and replaced with a rebuilt turbo 400. Car has front and rear sway bars, oxed rear control arms, :08 posi rearend, ll new suspension bushings as well as all new fuel and brake lines. Car has 4 wheel drum brakes which are all new as well as the master cylinder and rebuilt booster. The interior is in great shape and has new seat cover and carpet installed. Body on the car was pretty solid to start with other then some front fender repairs and minor repairs through out...car still retains all its original sheet metal as well as trunk and floor pans. Car is in excellent shape other then a small dent and scratch on driver side rear quarter due to storage accident. Am selling this car for a friend who is starting to sell off his cars slowly to move towards retirement. This car is a pleasure to drive and needs nothing but a new home.
