1969 Pontiac Firebird Convertible “Restored and Gorgeous”
VIN 223679U103064
The Classic Car Gallery is proud to present this stunning 1969 Pontiac Firebird Convertible. Finished in Blue over White vinyl, these were not her original colors) this is a show quality restored car that has been well built and well sorted. The venerable Pontiac 400 cubic inch (her original engine was a 350 cid) V8 runs strong and the four speed manual transmission shifts well and gives the full muscle car experience. Although we have no records or documentation on the restoration the quality is self evident and this car would easily be a local show winner. The blue paint has great luster and and shine and the panel gaps are consistent around the car. All chrome has clearly been restored, nd shines brightly; all seals and weather stripping around the car are new and fresh. The glass is excellent and the vinyl convertible top is clearly new. New carpets were fitted throughout and new covers fitted on all of the seats, oor cards and throughout the interior. All four corners have “Rally” style wheels wrapped in fresh BF Goodrich Silvertown Radial “Redline” tires with nearly 100% tread life remaining. The engine bay has been detailed and shows well with good attention to detail. The factory hood mounted tachometer was a rare option back in ‘69 and is fully functional. Some practical, odern upgrades were added, ncluding a Hurst shifter, utometer oil pressure and water temperature gauges and a Sirius radio integrated into the factory AM radio. This is how you buy a car, he previous owner spent thousands of dollars and many hours restoring this beautiful muscle car and you can reap the benefit of owning it today at a fraction of reproduction cost.
