Up for auction is a original 1969 Pontiac Firebird 400 4 speed car, hat came with power front disc brakes, ower steering, 0 bolt posi-traction rear end, nd hood tach as some of the options. Exterior color of car was originally midnight green with dark green interior, ith a wood grain 4 speed console. I bought this car in 1993. At that time it needed a full restoration however it did run and drive and the engine was rebuilt. The restoration was started in 1993 with full disassembly of the car. Floors were replaced, ront end was all rebuilt with all new brakes, ushings, nd bearings on the front suspension. New brake lines, ew rear suspension bushings, nd the underside was sprayed with POR 15. The engine got painted, nd the Muncie 4-speed got refreshed, ew clutch and pressure plate was installed. The body was media blasted then epoxy primed and prepped for the body work to start. Unfortunately this is where the work stopped on the car. It sat in the garage at this stage for many years, hen it was forced out of the garage and has sat outside the last few years. The car comes with new front and rear chrome bumpers, ocker panels, 00 hood, front fender patch panel, nd more new parts that where bought for the car. The car is pretty solid, loors are good, he original trunk floor is still good, nd the frame rails are solid. It will need quarter panels, ocker panels which are included, upper dash panel, enders and doors need body work, ne spot on the roof as shown in pictures. The M21 Muncie 4 speed and the rear end are original numbers matching to the car, nd the 400 block is a original 1969 block but not numbers matching to the car. Has a clear NY state registration.
