1982 Mecham Racing Trans Am MSE This 1982 Mecham Racing Trans Am MSE (Motor Sports Edition) is number 0036-R. This car is one of one. Mecham built approximately 300 cars in 1982. Only 10 red cars where produced by Dennis Mecham that year. This is the only one known that is red with black louvers. These cars were built by Mecham Racing who had dealerships in Glendale Arizona and Tacoma Washington. The car has a 305 Elderbrock, 600 Holley carburetor, eaders, it-kit, 50 turbo Transmission, :70 Positraction, wheel disc brakes, luminum drive shaft, pecial handling package with koni front struts, ear travel limiters, uper big sway bars & Special gauges, SE steering wheel, SE sound system, nd Koni suspension, ower windows.
