Do you want a Trans Am from the early 80's in the original working condition as it was when it rolled off the assembly line (no aftermarket modifications)? Then this one is for you. I am the original owner of this car. I special ordered it in August of 1984 and accepted delivery in October 1984. The reason I special ordered the car was to get a light weight powerful Trans Am. The options I specified were: 5. 0 H. O. motor. 5 speed manual transmission. 3. 73 positraction rear end. 4 wheel disc brakes. T Tops and air conditioning. In order to keep the car as light as possible (read lighter is faster). I did not order power door locks or power windows. The car is in excellent mechanical condition with the original engine and drive train. original paint and interior which is immaculate. Nothing has been removed from the engine compartment. This is not a restored car—it has been very well maintained and cared for. YOU WILL NOT FIND ANOTHER 30 YEAR OLD ORIGINAL TRANS AM IN BETTER CONDITION THAN THIS ONE.
