1967 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible

Here is your chance to own a car that was almost never created by GM. Congress tried to outlaw convertibles in ‘66-mid '67 and could not manage to place into law. So the 1967 Pontiac Bonneville is a half year car, ith the lowest number produced for any 60's large frame Bonneville Convertible.

The good stuff:

Down south, ust free car. No rust on the frame.

Only 8,902 of these cars were produced.

Currently owned since 1991 by one owner.

Driven roughly 250 miles a year for the last 24 years.

Power windows.

Dash never cut for an updated radio.

Insane heat.

Dual exhaust.

New starter.

Updated dual point ignition / coil.

New plugs / wires.

Starts and drives.

Plenty of passing power.

All original, nd all there.

The not so good stuff:

This is a 48 year old, ll original car. This is not a new car. There are a few items that need attention.

Power steering leak.

Extremely small transmission leak at the front seal.

Needs a speedo cable.

Motor for top does not work. The top is moveable up and down by hand, ut it is currently not electric.

Flash rust in trunk.

One teeny cancer hole in the passenger's rear quarter panel. Smaller than 1 inch across.

Doesn't have AC. Never had it.

There is a hole cut in the glove box for a radio instead of a cut dash.

Brakes need to be bled. Stops, ut pulls.

Needs front end bushings.

Needs new carpet.

Mileage is not accurate. Showing 75K miles. Probably 175K.

Why am I selling it after 24 years? This car needs less garage time, nd someone who is going to give it more attention than I can give. It has been rented for weddings, estivals, nd band photo shoots. It is a head turner, nd has had more than one person prompted to ask for a ride. You will not be let down with this classic styled vehicle that Pontiac produced on this body style for one year only. It is the lowest qty produced, arge body convertible, n the entire 60's time frame for Pontiac Bonnevilles.
