1956 pontiac station wagon

Description for Pontiac Other 1956

here we have a 1956 pontiac station wagon.car has some rust issues in the front floors and some surface rust on the body panels as you can see in the pictures,but the car is complete-all the parts that are removed are in the back,the only thing i cant find is the air cleaner and one tail lens(just the red lens,the housing is there. the spare tire well as shown in a picture is not rusted at all which is very hard to find. i am told that many of the parts are interchangeable with a 55 or 56 chevy,which is nice because you can buy all that new.the car has dealer installed a/c and its all there and hooked up.the car needs a complete restoration but is a rare and cool car when done,or just do a little body work and drive her to the next rat rod show. the car does not run at this time but i was told it ran when it was parked several years ago,stored inside and engine is not locked up.thanks for looking and any questions please ask.
