Here is your chance to get a nice little summer car at a great deal. Engine runs great, ransmission shifts smooth and the brakes stop well. This car is a great driver as is but needs a few minor things to be perfect. The car had a replacement motor in its lifetime. It was just fully tuned up prior to seeing little use. The car has seen little use in the last couple of years so the battery needs replacement. Classic story of guy gets married and has kids and has no time for toys anymore. It does start with a jump just fine. The AC compressor is making noise and will need eventual replacement. The body has an overall clean appearance but it does have a few cosmetic flaws. The car has misc. light scratches, icks, ings etc to be expected for age and average use. Let's not forget this car is 21 years old now. There has been previous bodywork on the rear quarters which can only be noticed upon close inspection. The interior is nice and clean with no major rips or tears. It does have some wear and tear to be expected for age. The power door lock switches need replacement. Three tires are Nankeng and the right front is a Nexen. All have about 50-60% tread remaining. They are wrapped around R-1 Aluminum racing wheels. Again, his is a great used Trans Am. I'm selling this car for a friend who no longer has the time to play with it and is losing his storage for the vehicle. This is the only reason for sale. See pictures for details.

PLEASE NOTE: Title for this vehicle reads 9,999,999 miles so it will be sold as True Mileage Unknown. We are not really sure why this was branded like this and whether or not it has anything to do with the engine swap.

Auction Terms

We do not charge any documentation fees. What you bid is what you pay, o bid to win! Airport or Train Station pickup fees may apply. Due to rising fuel costs, ear and tear on my personal vehicle and the time involved I am forced to now charge $50 for airport pickups or $100 for train/bus station pickups from South Station. We are about a $25 cab ride from the airport and we are located within 3 miles of two major MBTA stops. You can take the blue line from the airport to Wonderland Station or the purple line from south station to Lynn Station. I will pick up from these locations at no charge during my non-working hours. See Below for more details. Please remember that your bid is a contract to purchase, ou are not bidding for the opportunity to come see the vehicle and kick the tires. If you are local and would like to see the vehicle prior to bidding, lease contact me before placing a bid. Bid to own. Vehicle must be paid for within 7 days of auction end and must be picked up within 14 days of auction end. Due to the agreement with our landlord vehicles left over a 14 day period may be subject to a storage charge of $35 per day starting on the 15th day. If this storage charge will apply to you, ou will be given notice prior to storage charges beginning to accrue. I'm usually pretty lenient with this rule, owever there are certain instances when it must be must be enforced (i.e. vehicle still here 2 months after you won). I understand sometimes shipping companies give people the runaround and I'm not looking to hurt anyone. If you are actively working to get your vehicle shipped, ou will most likely not be charged. All buyers MUST make a non-refundable deposit of $500 within 24 hours of auction end via Paypal. This is now a requirement on all my vehicle auctions due to the increased amount of NON-PAYING bidders. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this requirement due to prior bad experiences. If we do not have a deposit or contact from the buyer within 24 hours, e reserve the right to sell the vehicle to a back up buyer. Remaining payment must be cash (in person), ire transfer or cashier's check. We do not accept Paypal for payment in full due to the high fees. In addition, Bay will only allow us to accept Paypal for the deposit and requires we select another method of payment for the balance. Titles & Paperwork

You will be required to provide a name and address for the title and bill of sale for transfer of ownership. We do not leave titles blank!! This is a violation of Federal Law and dealer license requirements. We also will not falsify a bill of sale by stating a lower purchase price. What you bid is what you pay and that is the amount that will be on your bill of sale. Vehicle Pickup

If you plan to pick up your vehicle in person here is a general guideline of my availability. I rent storage at a lot where I work so I'm usually available during the day from 8am to 4pm. If prior arrangements are made I can usually make arrangements to stay later than 4pm if need be. I am also available most weekends provided I don't have any previous plans. I do have a life outside of eBay, full time jobs, s well as family obligations. Please setup a time for pickup with me before picking a day or booking any travel arrangements as I may have previous commitments. Airport or Train Station pickup fees may apply. I cannot do any pickups during my working hours of 8am until 4pm M-F, o if you are picking up during those hours you will have to take a cab from the airport or train station. Shipping Terms

Shipping arrangements and payments are the buyer's responsibility. Please make your shipping arrangements or get a shipping quote prior to purchasing the vehicle. A word to the wise, lease do not rely on the shipping quotes eBay puts on my listing. These are not quoted by me, hey are advertisements placed by eBay. Often they are attention grabbing low prices that change after the sale. I recommend confirming the quote with the shipping company that gives it.

If you plan to ship your vehicle, will do anything I can to help you or your shipper. The vehicle is being stored at a trucking facility and we can be very flexible with helping a shipper load the vehicle or arranging a pick up time. If you are having your vehicle shipped and picked up by a transporter they can pick it up 7 days a week as long as I have 24 hours notice. I usually need a days notice so I can make your vehicle accessible and make sure I can have someone meet the driver if I am unable to. I reserve the right to refuse your transporter if they don't give me sufficient notice. This is usually not a problem but lately I've been having shippers either give me an hours notice or just plain showing up unannounced. If your shipper does not have the required equipment to load his own truck (example: shows up with an enclosed box trailer and no ramps) and requires the assistance of my storage facility to load, he vehicle may be subject to loading charges (typically $75). This charge should be assumed by the unprepared trucker however if he refuses to pay we reserve the right to either turn him away or call you to approve payment of the additional charge. We will not charge our customers any additional charges without prior notice and consent.

Due to weight and hazmat requirements, ost shippers require vehicles to have less than 1/8th of a tank of fuel in them prior to shipping. Vehicles may be low on fuel at pickup or upon arrival when shipped.

I can provide shipping quotes within New England only. My guy may not always be the cheapest but he always delivers it when he says he's going to.

- Vehicle must be paid for in US Funds by Certified Check Drawn from a US Bank.
