The current owner went to DMV to get the title changed but DMV says once it is marked exceeds they will not change it. DMV did go back 10 years on the car and said that the mileage was close to the same all 10 years and that the car might have actual miles. We have no way to prove the mileage but take a look at the car and you are welcome to ask any questions or ask for the owner's number to set up a time to see the car.
