Just a little history on this vehicle, ack in 1984 it was involved in a high police speed chase. The owner couplewere kidnapped by Escapee inmates at their house and decided to take both of them hostage and run away in the 76 TransAm. The local police were obviously not able to keep up with the 76 Trans Am. They were able to out run the police by a good 2 hours ahead when finally the TransAm ran out of gas. The fugitives then decided to steal a truck to keep running away. News paper clips from 1984 with the details come with the car.
All shop records will come with the sale along with the chase newspaper. The 8 tracks box included as well. RPO manufacturer codes also included along with mileage and fuel records. Please call if u have any questions of offers. This vehicle is priced well 6k under it's real retail value. 956-212-1191Thanks for looking and God Bless.
