Description for Pontiac Trans Am 1974
This vehicle was recently ended early due to an error by eBay in the reserve priceAwesome Numbers Matching 1974 Trans Am with the 455 V8 Engine. This car recently underwent a complete body restoration to include a very high end, show quality repaint in the originalBuccaneer red. At the same time, 4 brand new BF Goodrich Radial T/A RWL Tires on the original rims, which were completely restored. New graphics were also added. Also, the shaker hood was made functional during the restoration.
The car originally came with chrome drip moldings, however the original owner had them removed.
The interior seats were redone in the 1990's and look great with no rips or tears. A vintage styled CD player with MP3 & USB options was added for driving pleasure. A/C was redone and works as original. The original clock is not working, but can easily be repaired.
Mechanically the Original, numbers matching engine and transmission run excellent. Plenty of power from the original 455 with quick shifts from the 3 speed automatic transmission with shift kit. No leaks and doesn't burn any oil. Brakes are in great shape with a new master cylinder. New aluminum high rev starter assures quick starts cold or hot. To complete the under hood look, there is a retro battery from Delco.
Included with the car is an extensive amount of documentation from the day it was first sold. Original window sticker, service records, & original bill of sale.

This incredible car has won numerous car show awards, and is far and above your normal 1974 Trans Am in appearance & quality. This is truly a show car with almost perfect paint.
