1961 Pontiac Catalina bubbletop. 389 automatic, with power steering, power brakes, and air conditioning. The air is not blowing but all seems to be there. It appears to be unmolested, except i did pull the generator and install a alternator. I still have the generator and brackets. The car is a rust free car that spent its early years in California. Has been kept inside since. The only rust found was in trunk under a mat, where it had sweated under it. It was only surface rust, I cleaned it up and painted with good coat of primer and paint. The car runs great and shifts as it should. The car has set up far more than driven since 1983. Believed to have been driven about 12000 miles since 83. It has the 8 lug wheels with new tires. The brakes shake a little. Brake shoes are good, need drums turned. I've been driving it on weekends. Stops great, runs good. A real fun car to drive. The paint is a old repaint. It's not a show paint job, but great for a driver. Looks good from a few paces. The interior is in pretty good condition. The head liner has a few places, it could be replaced. It has new carpet. Hat rack and dash needs attention. All lights work. The turn signals and brake lights all work. A great driver for cruise ins, or with little time and money it would make a high dollar show car.
