You are looking / bidding on a 1965 Pontiac Tempest Custom Convertible California Black Plate, comes with protect-o-plate
Car drives great with no issues. Car does need some detail work, convertible top does need to have the plastic rear window replaced it is all cracked. But drive the car and fix it at your leisure. Specifics of the car below:
BODY

• Paint looks good but there are a few issues.
  
• A few small bubbles are forming under the paint (in front of the rear wheel, right by the quarter and rocker seam)
• Dent on passenger side infront of rear wheel but repairable
• Dent at edge of rear quarter on drivers side but repairable
  
• Floors are solid except for small hole on passenger side but repairable, trunk floor needs to be replaced, I am including a new three piece trunk floor set (original cost $200)
• Trunk key lock is missing but you can open with screw driver
  
• Rockers are solid
• Please review the pictures to make sure body / paint meet your expectations as everyone has a different opinion of good, great and excellent.

ENGINE

• Engine is a 1965 Pontiac 389 out of a Grand Prix casting number 9778789 Stamped YE (325 hp) 4BBL Date code is D 21 5 (April 21st, 1965. Original numbers matching 6 cylinder engine comes with it if you want it, otherwise it is going to the scrap yard.
  
• Engine runs great. No knocking, smoking, etc. No overheating issues, etc.
• Original 2 speed power glide transmission
  
• Dual exhaust (2 years old)
  

INTERIOR

• Gold bench seat and has a split in the seam on the driver side
• Nice original Steering Wheel
  
• Carpet is in fair condition
• Original working AM radio
  
• Power convertible top works great
  
• Everything works as it should
• All electrical works great
  

REAREND

• 10 bolt

MISC

• Power Steering
• Power Brakes
• Tires in good shape

Again, nice driving car that is not perfect.
