1964 Pontiac GTO
You are viewing a very nice original GTO with PHS documentation and Protecto plate. Originally purchased in Oregon. Solid northwest car with no rust. Partially restored with correct tri power added. 90K original miles with rebuilds over the years of various components of the car. The car runs and drives excellent.

Body/Paint:
The body is solid and all steel. Nice straight body with lower quarters replaced. Repainted original color Grenadier red base/clear. Shows well and nice and shiny. Trunk pan has been replaced. New gas tank.

Interior: Restored as original median red. Shows nicely.

Running Gear: The engine is a correct era 389 with original tri power added. The car was a single 4 bbl from factory. The engine was rebuilt with less than 10K miles. The transmission is original to the car and is an M20 4 speed, which was recently checked out with new seals. The rear end is stock with 323 posi from factory. Gears in the car now are 3:08. 370 gear set comes with the car. All work as they should.

Suspension: The underside of the car is unrestored in great original condition. No rust. The front suspension was just checked out and aligned. Nice and tight. Rear is all stock with new gear set just added.

Bright work: The rechromed bumpers are in excellent condition. Stainless is in very good condition with some bright original with slight wear.

Glass: Windshield was just replaced with all other glass original to the car.

Exhaust: New tail pipes and Flow master mufflers just added. Original exhaust tips come with the car.

Brakes: Drum brakes all around that were just gone through with turned drums, new shoes and rebuild cylinders.

Wheels/Tires: 14 inch Cragar SS chrome wheels with Coker 215/75/14 redline tires.

Summary: If you are seeking a good solid driver this car is worth your consideration. Great car to drive and enjoy that is reliable.
