They don't get much nicer than this!! This 1968 Pontiac GTO has been babied it's entire life. Now on it's third owner since new but has been documented every step of the way. From the original purchase order to last month's service receipts, they are all kept in a nicely done leather book. The GTO has had only one repaint and still retains all it's original metal and original interior. The 400 H.O. engine is matching numbers and the Turbo Hydramatic transmission and rear end have the correct stampings as well. Just one of 3140 hardtops produced that year with the 400 H.O. and an automatic. Also ordered with factory A/C, power steering, power windows, bucket seats, a Hurst his and hers shifter, rally gauge cluster and clock, console, hood tach and hideaway headlights. The Pontiac underwent an overhaul in 2013 and the engine, transmission and rear end were rebuilt and the gears changed to 3.55's. All of the door, window and inner fender seals were replaced.
