Description for Pontiac GTO 1966
You are buying a 1966 Pontiac GTO 389 4 barrel, 4 speed body.Steve's Musclecars & Parts, INC.479-430-4886This car has been sitting since 1975 and over the years the engine, transmission, steering column, pedals, brake booster and some other small parts have been stolen or sold. What you see in the pictures is what is included with the car. This is a REAL GTO and not a clone and was originally a 4 speed (non console), bucket seat, power steering, power brakes, 389 4 barrel. The color combination is burgundy top and bottom (no vinyl top) with parchment bucket seat interior.I have the PHS Report showing exactly how the car was equipped and the original VIN tag and body plate are in place and never altered or removed. The car is fairly straight but will need the driver side quarter panel (old poorly done repair), floor pans and trunk pan, tail panel, rear bumper, and some rust repair around the windshield. The fenders, doors, passenger side quarter (will need a lower patch), hood, trunk lid, inner fenders, lower firewall all look OK and should restore fine. The door jambs look OK and I do not see where the car was ever badly crashed. The grilles look OK and most of the trim is in place. The drivers side door glass and vent glass were broken out but the rest of the glass is intact. The car rolls fine and all the tires hold air.The original bucket seats are included and should restore fine but the tracks are rusted some and may need replaced.I have a CLEAR CURRENT ARKANSAS TITLE as well as the PHS report.A 250.00 paypal deposit is required at the time of purchase and the balance is due within 7 business days but the car can sit here until transport is arranged.
