Description for Pontiac Grand Am 1973
You are looking at a black on black 1973 Pontiac Grand Am. First year of the GA. Numbers matching 400 and transmission. Original interior and paint. This car had a vinyl top but was gone when I got it so I sealed it in black(the bare metal)-you can either go with a new top or leave it painted. There is one rust spot on the bottom of left front fender. The undercarriage. heel wells and trunk are beautiful. They don't use salt on the roads here in Washington. The pictures will say it all. Sorry. hat it looks dirty on the outside-I washed and cleaned it up only for it to rain not 2 hours later. It will need a new nose piece(available from replica-plastics). ome paint work and a few other things(a carb kit would be good. il pressure sensor and a fuse for the fan switch)The windshield is currently cracked but I will replace it for you before it leaves my possession at NO extra cost. Comes with the original license plates and paperwork. Comes with a complete extra set of rallyes in the trunk. It had been sitting in a barn/garage since 1998. I put a new battery in it. illed it up and drove it home 80 miles and it just purred. It has had an oil change. ew plugs and wires. imed and I had the rear differential oil changed as well. Transmission shifts smoothly. Runs and drives pretty good! The only thing that been altered on this car was the tapedeck. The dash has not been cut. It's old Pioneer 2 knob from the late 70's. It works great. I drove home listening to The Cars first album. I was going to keep this car but I have too many things on my plate so I'm reluctantly putting it up for auction. This is a PERFECT car for a DAILY DRIVER OR RESTORE. You aren't going to find another factory black on black one for sale anytime soon. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have and I'll do my best to answer them. I've sold cars all over and if you need help with a shipper-I can assist you. Thanks for checking out the ad and happy bidding! I'm going to miss this car. I hope it goes to a good home. It deserves it. Jason
