this is a real 1969 Firebird 400 coupe with factory air conditioning,power steering,power brakes, power windows, buckets, console, and deluxe interior. It has its matching numbers 400 engine that has just been totally rebuilt, and has not even been started yet. The car is in the middle of a restoration. The shop that was doing the work closed down, so here it sits half finished. I have at least $25,000. Invested in it, but don’t have anyone to finish it. The subframe was stripped, repainted and reinstalled with all new bushings,brakes,shocks,etc. The engine was completely rebuilt at a cost of $6000. And reinstalled. The original floors are very nice. The truck floor and quarter panels have been cut off and new ones are with it and ready to be installed. I have a lot of other new sheetmetal parts that go with it. I have a set of correct factory rally wheels and the correct paint for them. The interior is all there, and ok, but you may want to put in a new one. The original 400 hood is in great shape. It has a new heater core already installed. The radiator has been recored. The glass is all very nice. The original bumpers have just been rechromed. The turbo 400 transmission has just been rebuilt. It also comes with a complete brand new stock exhaust system. I could go on and on. This is a real and rare car, that has had most of the hard and expensive stuff already done. It’s a great opportunity for someone that can finish it. It has a New Jersey title from 1980. Please don’t bid unless you intend to buy it. I do not want to sell any parts off it.
