Description for Pontiac Trans Am 1975
The GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this stunning 1975 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. This head turning vehicle comes in an immaculate white paint job complemented by a spotless black interior. Powering the Pontiac is a massive 400 cubic inch V8 motor mated to a smooth shifting automatic transmission. Standard features of the vehicle include power steering, 4 wheel power disc brakes, functional heat and more. A full restoration is believed to have been completed relatively recently on the vehicle based on its excellent condition. Part of that restoration is a rebuilt 400ci motor using a YT block and an automatic choke. More recent maintenance includes a new starter and new battery. This vehicle comes to us from a private automotive collector and as such has always been properly stored and maintained. So, if you've been looking for a vehicle sure to turn some heads and steal all the attention at your local car show or cruise, this Firebird is for you. Please call or email us today for more information.Introduced in 1970, the second generation Firebird was only available as a fastback coupe. Designed in tandem with the Chevrolet Camaro, the Firebird was a popular halo car for the Pontiac range. Government regulations started killing muscle cars in the 1970's left and right. However, Pontiac kept producing the Firebird Trans-Am with specs that were on the edge of legality, with perhaps some fudging of some horsepower numbers. Of course, Smokey and the Bandit made the late 70's models a highly desired and iconic piece of cultural automotive history that still hold mass appeal to this day.
