This 3-owner car was last purchased in 1987 and driven in sunny California, efore moving to Phoenix. Denver now rounds out the list of the automotive preservationists climate havens. Of course, ven in the most accommodatingenvironments, are is exercised daily. Accordingly, his car has been maintained very wellwith garaging and covers per the norm. Needless to say, his is a remarkably clean and dry car.

Adding favor, his car has been maintained to high standards, ith work done by the factory, ealers and specialists. The second owner reported that Porsche factory had this particular car lowered by 1.5" and that the original owner had the dealership install the Prototype steering wheel that it still wears today. During a recent major refreshing by a specialist shop in Arizona, he gauges were all sent for a rebuild at Porsche factory. Other items tended to during this time include: new rubber on doors, indows and bumpers; new carpet throughout cabin and trunk; new leather throughout the cabin (includes dash) and reupholstered door panels and headliner. The car also received an extremely high quality paint job with everything being removed from the car to spray, hen reassembled. This is a near-show quality paint job that was done within the last year. Panel fit is near factory perfect for a 911.

Mechanically sound as well, his car received a complete engine and transmission rebuild to factory specifications -- complete with balance and blueprint with under 20,000 miles added since. A/C and additional sound-deadening material were added at that time and, n 2002, high performance exhaust system was installed to complete the package. With no rattles or squeaks, his 911 sticks to the road with even power through the revs and brakes straight and smooth. According to the 3rd owner, he only items NOT tended to through recent refreshments are the ashtray, igarette lighter and wiring harness.

We are currently waiting on a few remaining items, ncluding the original owner's manual.
