Porsche completed only 581 1600S Super Reutter Cabriolets. They ranged from Chassis No. 150950 to 151531. Thisparticular example was the 388th of the 581 built. The more powerful and utterly elegant late 1600 Super, 56A Cabrioletsoffer the best of both worlds, xcellent performance and handling with timelessly beautiful open-top driving.

According to the Porsche Factory records, his particular example was completed and ready for delivery to the States onOctober 24th, 958 with delivery the last week of December. It was and extremely "high-specification" or "well-optioned"example, n fact a total of 12 different options were ordered in addition to the rare 1600S Super Engine.

This is a completely and totally rust and accident free example. All panels are 100% original with body number stampings intact. This is a completely matching numbers example from front to back, op to bottom.
