Description for Porsche 911 1982
Up for sale is my beautiful babied rust free extremely straight garage kept black on black sunroof 911 coupe.. Just as anyone who lovesporsche knows, t takes money to make thesebeauties scream and function right.. Let me start off by saying this car has a rebuilt title due to it being stolen from one of theprevious owners by his son in 2006... When I got the car thetensioner/headstudupdatewas already complete, hich was a good thin, ut otherwise stock and from there I drove as is .... Then the performance itch got to me and then the money started to roll.. Everything I list is done within the last 6 to 8 months and very recent... First off I ordered a Wevo shifter with thepsj and had that installed along with plugs and plug wires.. When the Wevo was installed I had the shop custom fabricate and modifythe shifter housing fordurability to fight against wear.. Next I replaced the warm up regulator and had a fuel pressure test along with a smoke test to make sure the car was running the way it should (CIS is verysensitive and touchy).. Then I tracked down a nicesemi vintage MomoPrototipo along with a real Momo Porsche horn button from Italy(which I ordered from there) and had that installed ( horn works as it should even with the momo).. Then the air box was replace, nbsp;new pop off valve installed, ir filter housing strap, and all the injector seals with insulator seals were replaced (also setting the fuel mixture and timing).. I alsohad the sunroof cable replaced and adjusted which is aabsolute must duringthe summer when driving .. With all that being don, then wanted a better sound with performance, o I ordered a custom FabSpeed RSR stainless dual exhaust kit with heatexchangers http://www.fabspeed.com/911-carrera-rsr-header-muffler-kit, hich required the bumper to be cut for dual exhaust, engthen o2 sensor harness, odify oil line to clear heater connection at the heat exchanger and fabricate a bracket to support pipe at the new location.. All this translates to I have a lot of money in this and nothing was spared... I have also done tires and balljoints just because I drive this car three times a week... This beauty will also come with the certificate of auth from Porsche which is also an added bonus.. The interior is excellent with there only being one rip in the drivers seat leaving the rest of the seats being flawless.. I would also like to add the dash is mint with all the gauges working and no fade, rack, r warps that are a common on most early 911's.. I have probably missed stuff but feel free to ask any questions and most of the receipts are present .. Paint is about 8 years old and very presentable with minor rock chips and normal wear and tear but still an amazing attention getter..I almost forgot the wing on this beauty is a rare 1975 factory option carrera wing/tail which is valued 1500 to 2000 (part #911.512.019.02)..All sales are final with no impliedwarranty..I was asked about the original bumpers/rockers to put back to original, nd I do still have them and the winning bidder can have those also if they desire....
