Photo SlideshowBody, rim, aint and Walkaround Video Having been meticulously cared for by it's second owner, ince his purchase in 1978, he body of this 1972 Porsche 911T remains in very good condition.  This Porsche resided in the dry climate of Colorado for slmost 30 years. The body is very straight with only a few minor dents.  The hood, oth doors and rear deck lid all close easily with very nice gaps that you'll only find on a nice original car. The rockers, loors and front suspension pan are all original with no rust and with the original undercoating still present. All the critical suspension points are solid with no rust.Â
All exterior trim parts are present and in good condition, ncluding the original anodized decklid grille and decklid P-O-R-S-C-H-E emblems. All chrome has very good shine with no serious corrosion or pitting.  Glass is clear with no cracks or deep scratches and appears to has the optional factory tinting as documented on the COA.
The current paint color is Bahia Red, hich was a color available in 1972.  The original color was the classic Silver Metallic, s documented in the Certificate of Authenticity.  The paint remains in good condition overall with a few blemishes as clearly shown in the photos.  Paint meter readings are in the 400 micron range. Â
Â
The original engine (number 6129130) is still present and runs strong with it's original Mechanical Fuel Injection installed.  A recent leakdown test was completed with the following results:  Cyl #1 = 10%, yl #2 = 8%, Cyl 3 = 10%, yl 4 = 7%, yl 5 = 8%, yl 6 = 9%.  The engine has been upgraded with the later tensioners.  The engine always starts easily and accelerates with very good power.  And of course the engine has that excellent and highly addictive sound that you only get from a mechanically fuel injected early 911.Â
The following engine related service was completed and documented on 3/15/15:  valve adjustment, eplaced oil hose - cooler to tank line, lube & adjust throttle system, leaned air bypass ports & screws, eset timing, eplaced vacuum retard hoses, alanced stacks, ichened fuel mixture 1 click.
The original 925/00 Sportomatic transmission (number 7620200) shifts smoothly. Â Shift rod and lever cup bushings have been recently replaced and sportomatic lever switch was adjusted.
ÂSuspension, heels, ires and Brakes and Test Drive Video

Front torsion bars were recently cleaned, egreased and seals replaced.  Front wheel bearings recently adjusted and rear wheel bearings were retorqued.
A set of rare deep dish 15 x 6 Fuchs alloy wheels are currently installed and are in excellent condition.  The original spare wheel is present with 12/71 date code.
All four Pirelli HP radial 205/60HR15 tires are in fair condition with no cracks and good tread.
The four wheel disc brakes are in great condition with a new brake master cylinder, our soft hoses, eservoir supply hoses installed on 3/15/15 at 104,126 miles.  The emergency brake was also adjusted and holds tight.
