Description for Porsche 914 1971

This is a 1971 Porsche 914 1.7 litre project. It does not have a title. It could have a title assigned to it through the Title 42 process. I purchased the car from a local salvage yard and had planned to build an SCCA race car with carbon fiber deck lid and hood. The car does have its original Porsche 1.7 litre motor and transmission. Motor is in pieces and will need a complete rebuild. Transmission is an unknown. The car does have its disc brakes and suspension components. It would make for a really fun race project. If can assist with getting a front hood, rear deck lid and roof if you want to go back to stock. If have been quoted $350 for those three items. The doors are in the front passenger area.
