Description for Porsche 911 1975
You're viewing my 1975 "ROW" Porsche 911S targa with factory AC. The car has euro rear bumperettes as well as the owners manual is written in Spanish. My guess is this was originally a Mexico delivered car. The body of the car is very solid overall. There are a few small bubbles on the doors and there is an area on the front pan that needs repaired...very common repair. However the floors and longitudinals are rock solid and very clean. The car is a pretty straight forward restoration. The front seats need recovered (back seats are really nice) and a carpet kit. Door panels are okay but need cleaned/detailed. Dash is nice but has 2 really small cracks around the speaker insert...the dark line that looks like a crack is just a smudge. All glass is in good shape. Passenger side window regulator needs replaced. Targa top is in okay shape but needs detailed. The engine is the original numbers matching "S" engine and has been removed and is semi-apart. Everything is there in tubs, except the AC compressor is missing. The original tranny was taken out at the same time, but is also included. The car was running/driving about 3 years ago, but had an exhaust leak. My guess is a head stud. That is why it was taken out and apart. We recently moved onto the river and I simply don't have the space anymore for my collection/projects. I'm a private collector and a huge Porsche nut. I currently own 6 early 911's and a '78 930 Turbo, as well as several other sports cars. This is a great platform to restore. Please ask any questions prior to bidding. Zero feedback bidders must contact me with a phone number so we can talk PRIOR to you bidding, or your bid will be cancelled. A $500 deposit thru PayPal is due IMMEDIATELY following the auction so I know you're a serious buyer. Final balance is due within 3 business days via bank wire. I have had too many winning bidders (almost ALL had Zero Feedback) play games and never follow thru. This is not a game. Please only bid if you are serious and financially able. I have the car listed in several venues so the auction may end at any time.*** Recently I sold another one of my Porsche's locally on the morning that the eBay auction was ending. Since there was less than 12 hours left, the eBay system wouldn't let me end the auction. I tried several times with no avail. It was unfortunate, and I'm sure a fluke and most likely not happen again. If you are serious about the car, make a reasonable offer and perhaps you will be the proud owner of this rare Porsche. Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
