Description for Porsche 911 1970
Porsche 911 T for sale. This car is an original matching numbers cars from California and has no rust. It is originally a metallic green color (code 8383- please see photo of a completed car with this paint) and it has a nice original interior. The original dash looks good. The car has its original California blue plate and matching pink slip (prior owner). The engine will need at the very least a top end rebuild, two cylinders have melted venturis down in the carbs. The car's exterior is currently plasti-dip green, with a coat of red paint underneath. It also has wider wheel wells (they were cut) but the car will come with original Porsche rear fender flares. The front fenders will need repair or replacement but the car can be driven as is with the engine repairs. The gaps are off on driver side indicating an accident at some stage. This car could be up and running/driving with engine work and with the interior being in decent shape it, could be enjoyed soon or fully restored. The car comes with a Porsche certificate of authenticity verifying all above details, including the rare metallic green color. It also comes with Fuchs wheels in the photos which are date-coded/matching early 15" style (deep) and rare wheels from late 1968. I am moving and need to sell and have priced the car accordingly. On Aug-06-16 at 07:46:25 PDT, seller added the following information:Additional questions on this car. I have heard it run but it won't stay running due to fuel delivery problems. There most likely will need to be a top end rebuild or at least two of the carbs looked over where venturi had melted in the bowl. Dash does have cracks in the normal places but are minor and possibly repairable without replacement. headline looks good. Updated photos.
