Description for Porsche 930 1989
This 1989 Porsche 930 Turbo is a well-maintained example with 75k original miles and documented service history from new. 1989 is a significant model year, both as the final year for the 930and the only year in which theywere offered withthe G50 5-speed manual transmission. Finished in original Forest Green Metallic overcashmerebeige leather. The car comes with its Porsche COA, comprehensive service history including a fully stamped maintenance booklet from 1989-2007. The car has had the suspension, brake lines, ignition system in 2014. And has been driven little butregularlysince. According to the previous owner the front fenders and hood were professionally resprayed in 2007 due to rock chips, and the windshield was replaced as well. The paint match is excellent and a paint gauge was used to determine which areas were repainted.Sold new in Bedford, Ohio in December1988, the car was imported into Canada in around 2003 and now is in Geneva Switzerland since June 2015. The leather interior remains all originaland is holding up very well with clean carpet, dash, and headliner. All gauges, lights, and switchgear work perfectly well. The factory options include electrically adjustable sports seats, electric sliding sunroof, and shortened shift lever and40% limited slip differential. The car still has the original Blaupunkt Reno Radio in it. The car isall stock apart from H4 Euro-spec headlights and a black shift knob,a Borla dual muffler exhaust comes with the car as well as the original. 75k miles are documented via extensive service history and Carfax isalso available, the stamped maintenance booklet showingthe car was serviced regularly throughout the 1990s and into the 2000s with numerous entries. From 2004 onwards theprevious owner had a binder of service recordsfrom the owner before him. Since acquiring the car in 2013,the previous owner drove it around 4000 miles and performed careful maintenance including 3 synthetic oil changes. The work he had done included fitment of new front strut inserts, ball joints, sway bar and control arm bushings, camber plate bushings, new brake lines at all four corners, brake and transmission fluid flush, and a full alignment. The hood and engine lid struts are also new.About 500 miles ago the car’s original wheels were refinished and new Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 tires were fitted, and the ignition system was refreshed with new wires, plugs, coil, cap and rotor. I bought this car inJuneof 2015 with the intention of using it, and am finding out how complicated it is to homologate in Switzerland, as a result she has not been used much and can only runperiodically when I can procure myself with a friends dealer plates. So I have decided to send her back to the land she was meant for in the first place. So, Please help me find a good home for this well trained veryobedient and reliable 930!!!!!!!!!! :))She still holds her Canadian tittle, so not difficult to import in the United States.
