For sale 1979 930 9300981031. Four owner car, 1k miles, ew turbo and engine out service. Car comes with COA, orrect tool kit, ir compressor etc. Mocha brown over tan/brown. This is a late VIN 79 so it had many of the features of the 1980 930's that were never officially sold in US. Matching #'s with correct 85 MPH speedo and radio. These used to be considered expensive to maintain used cars but are now considered highly collectable. The 930's were Porsche's first super car and the 79's were the last US sold 930 until the 911 turbo was re-introduced in 1986. This is a very late build 930 (10/79) and was built along the 1980 ROW 930's.

Car's history1. Owner #1 LA Dr. owned car until he was too old to drive- stored for an extensive period of time2. Owner #2 ex Vasek Pollock mechanic bought car went through it and sold3. Owner #3 - Professor at University of NM- I bought ca, an great but blew the turbo seals and leaked like crazy after driving for a while- not uncommon for un-driven turbo's. I took it to my mechanic and told him to fix everything that needed fixing, nd he did. Car is mechanically perfect as far as I can tell- best running and driving turbo out of the 7 I've owned.
