1974 Vintage Porsche 911 Carrera Tribute NON SUNROOF Coupe CA Smog Exempt 2.7L

Description for Porsche 911 1974

This is an offering for a Porsche 1974 911 from a Porsche Flight Owner (GT3-RS. 993. 1974 short hood and 1969 long hood). The '74 would appear to be a numbers matching car. with the 2. 7 engine number 911 92 being the standard engine for a 1974. See attached PET page! The transmission also has a 1974 standard transmission number. While we did NOT do a COA. it does appear to be so. The car was taken to a Carrera Tribute car and had steel flares added to the back. Carrera scripts added to the sides. 16x8 Fuchs in back with 16x7 in front. a fiberglass ducktail. Carrera front lower lip. H4 headlights with color matched trim rings. euro rear lenses. and was painted the non-original color. The original color is one of the Porsche Red colors - as can be seen along the engine bay. This is a rust free car and appears to be an accident free car as well. The doors have the Porsche Ping - gaps around doors and hoods look correct. Engine/Transmission:The stock 2. 7 has had the chain tensioner update. The engine runs extremely well without any hiccups or issues running through the RPM's. The engine does leak some oil. The transmission shifts without issue - smooth. without any kinks or grinds. Interior:The interior is quite clean. with the original door panels having been swapped out to RS panels. the original radio was swapped out. and the steering wheel swapped. We might have the complete door panels. armrests. etc that can be included. I will need to verify. Headliner is in driver quality shape. as are the visors. Overall:The car pulls well. straight. and stops just the same. It is a great car to fire up and go. No monkey business here - just a good. clean. straight car. With real Carrera's having sold between $75. 00 and $135. 00 - the 1974 is quite a desirable car. Feel free to contact me with any/all questions.
