993 3.8 RSR race car. VIN WP0AB0913ES120901. Built on 1984 Tub. The motor was taken from a low mileage 993, and built as a 3.8, to the highest standards. JE pistons with Mahle nikasil cylinders, Carrillo rods and Elgin cams with 110 lobe centers. Twin plug. Motec. 930 transmission, geared to create a user friendly, bullet proof four speed. Wevo shifter. Oil & Transmission coolers. Fuel Cell. Full cage. Fire system. Cockpit brake bias adjust. Cool suit hook up and cooler. Radio. Engine dynoed at... 386.4 HP, with 304 Ft/Lb torque at 7100 rpm. Dyno sheet is available. 11" and 13" x 18 Fiske wheels. Turbo brakes front and rear. Everything is fresh and race ready. Car is up to spec up to 2014 - seat belts, seat, fuel cell bladder, new plugs, new distributor cap, fresh fluids, fire system bottle, new Hoosier tires. Records & receipts from 2005 until present. No expense was spared building this fabulous race car. Build cost was $138,879. The builder was mechanic for Gregg/Haywood during their championship run. He is the guy Porsche retained in the US when they brought their factory teams in. He restored the championship 934, which has been to Amelia Island and Monteray. He maintains some of the famous 917's, 908's 910[s 956's and 962's. There is no better Porsche restorer in the country. Car has been just inspected and ready for track.
