Description for Porsche 911 2007

Up for your consideration is my pristine 2007 Porsche Carrera 911S 2WD sunroof coupe. This car is located at my Naples, Florida winter residence, and served as a delicately driven toy since it was purchased new. Adult owned and sparingly driven, and NEVER abused. Not a chip, scratch, or mark on this car. The interior is immaculate. There are no rips or tears or scratches to be found. Dealer maintained since new, with the last service being May of 2017 and about 100 miles ago. Stored in an air conditioned garage it's entire life, and has only been wet while being washed or professionally detailed. Car has complete paperwork and manuals tools and history since new. Clear title with no liens.
I had the Porsche Stage 1 and Stage 2 kit added at the dealer before I took delivery. I believe this was an additional $5,000. This adds a sport exhaust system, cold air intake, as well as a computer tune. Also added since new was a front clear bra. Here are the options;
Carrara white paint
Standard black leather interior
Heated front seats ($480)
Navigation for PCM ($2070)
Bose high end sound package ($1390)
Remote CD changer - 6 disc ($650)
Power seat package ($1550)
Porsche crest in headrest ($270)
19" Turbo wheels ($890)
Sport exhaust system ($2400.00)
Thicker steering wheel leather ($800!)
Aluminum gear shifter ($880)
Black mats with Porsche lettering ($115)
In all, this car stickered for north of $94,000 plus add-ons.

Test Driver Ratings & Comments
Acceleration commentsAs has been the case with every modern 911 we've tested, the best launch looks abusive: 5,000 rpm and a quick clutch engagement produces excessive axle-hop, but a quick 0-30 time. Linear power delivery at every rev range and a buttery-smooth shifter that never fails to find home no matter how hard it's shifted, all make the Carrera S a joy to flog.
Braking ratingExcellent
Braking commentsStop after stop and absolutely no degradation in braking feel whatsoever. Performance kept improving with each successive stop -- even after 12 stops when we gave up. A bit of dive is the only external indication that the car is slowing. With standard brakes that are this effective, who needs PCCB?
Handling ratingExcellent
Handling commentsDespite what the admirable 0.92g figure suggests, I've driven sharper-feeling 911s on the skid pad than this one. Perhaps because it's so easy to find, or maybe because it's so evident, built-in understeer is obviously the limiting factor here. Trying to drive "through" it doesn't work -- it just pushes harder. Light, precise and informative steering measures up to Porsche's reputation. In the slalom, I always give a rear-engined 911 the respect it requires, but am amazed that current ones don't threaten to spin the way they once did. This car displays amazing balance afforded by offset tire sizes and suspension magic I cannot fully understand, but the steering remains highly communicative. Even if it's not a record-breaking run, the 911 Carrera S is one of the most rewarding cars to thread through the slalom. I love the power oversteer on the exit.

Please be sure to note that I am not interested in trades. I am sure that you all have wonderful Boats, cars, land, condo's, etc, however I am only interested in cashing out. Also- not desperate and do not HAVE to sell, so no lowballs. Please do not bid unless you intend to buy- I would not do you the discourtesy of wasting your time, so please respect the same for me.
Car is located in Naples, Fl. Shipment must be scheduled and arranged for a mutually agreeable time and date.
