The '78 recently received an 11k bare metal paint job in its original grand prix white color. It is a matching numbers car and odometer shows 117k miles. The COA list all the options this car was originally equipped wit, including air conditioning without front condenser, cruise control, white fog lamps below the bumpers, and Lobster leatherette interior. This 1969 Porsche 911 E coupe is a rust free project with its original paint and panels. I have all of the glass, front and rear bumpers and lights. The cars is lacking it's interior . I do have a set of 1972 front seats in excellent condition that I will include with the sale. You should have know problem selling them to purchase a set of '69 period correct seats . Porsche has confirmed that the motor is a period correct 1969 E motor ; However, we all know that the Porsche research department has made mistakes in the past. At the very least, it is a period correct motor that starts and runs . With only thirteen hundred 1969 E coupes produced and the rust free condition of this particular one, This would be a great candidate to restore.
