Up for auction is a 1985 911 Carrera Porsche with 217k miles. I'm listing this for a friend whose father passed last December. The vehicle is being sold in conjunction with an Estate Sale to liquidate all of his remaining personal property. The vehicle was driven up until his death. I did not attempt to wash. clean or do anything to the vehicle. This is just the way it was in the garage. Records show it was sold at Alan Johnson Porsche in San Diego. CA. on 09-30-1985. The current owner has owned it since October 1997. I do not have any other history on the vehicle. The engine leaks oil. The only body damage I saw was on the right front fender. A small crease behind the headlight (inside) and another small crease above the wheel. (see pictures) I have the original Warranty & Maintenance manuals. The vehicle is currently located in Denver. CO. and can be inspected during the next two weeks. The vehicle is being sold AS IS. It will be up to the buyer to make arrangements for picking up the vehicle. however I will assist with any arrangements the buyer makes. Feel free to ask any questions. however I do not know anything about Porsche vehicles. A PayPal deposit of $500. 00 is due within 48 hours and arrangements will be made for balance of payment prior to pick up. On Jan-30-15 at 17:16:37 PST. seller added the following information: 1. Body condition - The body is in very good condition except for the minor above mentions. The only rust spot on this vehicle is a 50 cent size rust spot located at the lower edge of the windshield on the passenger side. No other rust noted. Front bumper has a minor scuff spot and the rubber molding is not attached to the front bumper. However. we have the molding. (see pictures) 2. Interior condition - Upholstery is in very good condition. No rips or tears. There is one 1/2 inch long wear spot in the piping on the driver's side. (see pictures) 3. Engine started up immediately and drove with no problems. 4. Title - I have possession of the clear title.
