1. To bid on this item you must be a Registered eBay user.

2. You the bidder are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the automobile listed on this page. Please do not bid if you do not intend to purchase.

3. Buyers are responsible to pay a non-refundable 5% deposit via bank wire transfer or cashier's check within three business days. Full payment must be received within seven business days from end of auction.

4. Buyers must contact seller within 24 hours of auctions end via email victorymotorcars@yahoo.com. Otherwise, seller reserves the right to sell vehicle at seller's discretion.

5. All sales are subject to a $135 administrative fee and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at .00247% of the purchase price. Example: $10,000 purchase = $24.7 VIT Tax.

6. Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and registration fee of $83.30. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.

7. Seller reserves the right to notify bidders and end the auction early without any liability to the seller.

8. No bid retractions allowed 24 hours prior to auction end. Please have all necessary information available to complete transaction.

9. The vehicles herein are pre-owned and they are sold as "As Is" condition. However, most vehicles may still be under manufacturer's warranty or an after market warranty may be purchased. Please ask for more details.
