Description for Porsche 911 1975
You're looking at my 1975 Porsche 911S Targa with upgraded 3. 0 liter SC engine. The body has only 69. 45 original miles. not sure about the motor but it runs very well. The engine was just serviced with "engine out" repairs to replace leaking oil seals. new clutch. and brake work (receipt included in sale). The car drives well. and is a good entry level 911. The car has had a color change and though it looks good from 5'-10' away. upon closer inspection the paint is not great and should be resprayed to look its best. The car was repainted prior to 1991 and has always been garaged since. and as you can see it still shines quite well. The tires are good. I do not have the original Fuch's anymore. The car runs very strong. The 5 speed tranny shifts well. with minimal synchro issues from 1st to 2nd. The body is very solid. and there is only one place by the front pan suspension point that needs a little work (not bad. can be fixed easily without replacing the pan). The rest of the underside is quite clean. The interior is relatively tidy for its age. and has had the front seat covers replaced prior to purchase in 1991. Dash is cracked. This has been a weekend toy and now it's time to let her go. My wife and I are foster parents and we just got a 4 day old little baby boy. and I bought a Panamera S to be more accommodating for the baby (4 doors and real back seats). I am a collector. not a dealer. having 15 exotic and collector cars up until recently when I sold a few others to purchase a new river home. The new baby is why I'm selling this. another 911. and my '62 Corvette (see my other auctions). I require a $500 deposit thru Paypal immediately following the end of the auction. and remaining balance paid within 5 business days after end of auction (preferred payment made by bank wire). Please ask all questions prior to bidding as all sales are final. I will gladly sell to oversees bidders. and I'm about 3 hours from the Port of Charleston. SC. Shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder. I have the car advertised in other places. so auction may end at any time. Feel free to contact me with questions or to make an offer to end the auction early. Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
