Texas Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to showcase this largely original 1971 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. This car was purchased locally in recent history by a gentleman who drove it locally. He had this car inspected and new tires installed along with a fresh tune-up. The air conditioning system blows cold. This is a right hand drive car and it is a pleasure to drive. This is an older car and does show wear and tear, ut overall very solid. The interior displays original upholstery while the exterior has received a previous repaint of the attractive Silver Mink colour. The Silver Shadow was Rolls Royces' most significant automobile since the Silver Ghost. This model took over a decade to come to final production, aunched in 1965 and continuing through the early 1970s. This example a 1970 model, njoyed increased engine displacement to 6.75 litres.

The factory wheels have recently been fitted with new 225/75R15 whitewall radial tires all around.

The colour is called Silver Mink according to Rolls Royce brochures. This is a very attractive hue. The paint is a repaint that appears to be fairly well done over the original sheetmetal. The paint shows well.

Open the doors to 1970.

The interior retains the original hides, ark blue in colour. The upholstery has been previously dyed and is intact throughout. As you can see, he leather shows well but is still attractive.

The dash retains the original wood throughout and factory gauges. The gauges themselves are functional as is the older AM/FM Pioneer cassette stereo. The air conditioning blows cold. The mileage of 51,982 is believed correct to the car, owever we have no documentation whatsoever and the car will be sold as true mileage unknown. This just appears to be a good solid old car.

The back seat is in good condition as is the headliner, oor panels, nd carpeting. Again, he seat upholstery shows age and a previous re-dye.

The rear bumper has been damaged (photographed above) and can be removed and repaired with little effort.

The trunk features the jacking tools tucked in place.

Under the hood is the factory 6.75 litre V8 engine. This powerplant had a recent tune-up done and runs well. These cars were really ahead of their time engineering wise. They feature power-assist 4-wheel-disc-brakes which are functional good. The air conditioning system is also working.

Original plaques are found throughout this Rolls Royce.

The undercarriage is in good condition, hown above.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the vehicle leaves our dealership.
TAX, ITLE AND LICENSE
We are a licensed Texas dealership. It is required that we collect all tax, itle and license fees from Texas residents at the time of the sale. We will do all of the title work. Non Texas residents are responsible for paying taxes in his/her state. Overseas customers will be charged a $30.00 fee for wire transfers. We must collect a vehicle inventory tax of .002286% and a small documentary fee of $75.00 on ALL sales.
SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can refer you to a number of national and international shippers. Once the vehicle leaves our dealership, e will take no further responsibility for the vehicle.
