The Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II is a luxury car built by British manufacturer Rolls-Royce. It was introduced in 1977 as an updated version of the original Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow I, and remained in production for three years. The Silver Shadow was replaced by the Silver Spirit in 1980.

Recent works:

1. All hydraulic hoses and hydraulic flush.

2. Right front brake calipers - both.

3. Front brake hoses - both sides.

4. Complete carburetor rebuild.

5. Complete hydraulic brake reservoir rebuild.

6. AC conversion to new refrigerant.

Starts right up. Blows cold air. Runs and drives like a Rolls should!

Licence To Kill

When travelling to Isthmus, James Bond and his 'secretary' Pam Bouvier are using a 1978 Silver Shadow II on several occasions. First, they have a hired driver, who is later replaced by Q, posing as a chauffeur. The Rolls is last seen when Pam drives it to the airport herself.

This is a three owner car, owned and cared for to the highest standards. This country's foremost vintage Rolls Royce restorers, Hughes Motors in Houston have maintained this car for the past 5 years. Hydraulics hoses, carbureture re-build, hydraulic fluid reservoir rebuild, brake rebuilds have all been professionally done by Hughes 40+ year Rolls Royce mechanics with all OEM parts from Flying Spares.

She is identical to the Queens Silver Shadow II. She is truly in concour condition, lovingly driven every week without fail to ensure everything from the AC to the cruise control, wipers, seats, radio, cassette, electric windows, blinkers, lights, fuel door etc all remain in working condition.

Owned by a retired racing car driver of note, this is an example of a world class motor car kept in original condition. Even the Scottish wool carpets are original having been protected by another complete set made by the factory to be used daily.

The interior presents as almost untouched in the back with minimal leather wear in the front. The beautiful wood shows only minor checking. The leather dash, door cards, console and visors is perfect. Even the mohair headliner is tight and unblemished. The trunk shows as nearly unused.

This Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II has a naturally aspirated eight cylinders in V longitudinal front engine with a maximum power outpup of 197PS available at 4200 rpm, and a maximum torque of 540Nm available from 2500 rpm, transmitted to the 15" p by an automatic 3 speeds gearbox.
