This is a very rare 1987 Shelby GLHS #369 - Care is in really good shape for being almost 30 years old and has less than 40k miles on the body and interior. Car has its original paint so it has sun fade with some scratches here and there. However, here is no rust at all on the doors frame, enders and so on - you can see from the pictures it wasn't a winter midwest car. It does have a small amount of surface rust under the hatch (about the size of a quarter). Interior is in great shape, irty from sitting and not being cleaned. The carpet has some spots but again this car is almost 30 years old and was driven and loved. The car has a built 88 block bored .020 over with t2 forged crank and rods, ienolia pistons, RP rod bolts, ain and head studs, rank scraper, ew oil pump and remanufactured head. Aftermarket exhaust manifold, 3/t4 Super 46 Turbo from FWD Performance, "swing down and downpipes exiting behind the drivers tire. It has +40 injectors, tage 5 calibrated computer, MIC, " piping into intake, &N filter, raided oil and coolant lines for turbo. MSD 6A and Blaster 3 coil, ew alternator and power steering pump, urboXS BOV. Fresh rebuilt A520 trans, 2/t3 clutch and pressure plate set up by Gary Donovan. All suspension bushings have been replaced with polybushings. 255 fuel pump, uto Meter Pro Comp Boost, uel Pressure, il Pressure and EGT gauges.Motor and Trans haven't even been broke in yet - maybe 25 miles on them.
The Turbo has an oil seal leak and would need to be fixed. PLEASE NOTE the wiring in the engine picture is all been redone and clean - sorry I don't have a better pic at the moment.
The car's original trans and bottom end come with the car if the buyer wants them.
Car also comes with the licensed decals from Shelby to go on the car after paint, ar also comes with new Brembo rotors.This car will start and drive but with the seal leak on the turbo it will smoke a little. Also with the exhaust dumping behind the front tire its pretty loud to drive on the street. This car just needs paint and the interior cleaned up and you have a perfect, ead turning driver. It just needs a little more work to be a clean show car or back to original.Car has been sitting in storage off and on for the last 8 years or so - never driven in the snow or anything like that just either in the storage unit or covered in the garage. I didn't have a job that required me to live downtown Chicago when I bought it and don't see me ever getting the time to finish or enjoy the car. I'm sure I'm leaving something out but please look at the pictures and know that you are getting a great - SOLID - car that is only going to climb in value.
