Description for Shelby 1967
Shelby Cobra replica, iberglass body - 350 Small Block Chevy crate engine from Jegs, ew (less than 150 miles). Used TH350 automatic trans works fine. Rectangular steel tube chassis, arm front suspension with adjustable coilovers, ear is 8.8 non posi Ford from a 1995/6 Mustang as are brakes, pindles, ires. Rebuilt Quadrajet, ew Griffin Radiator, ew aftermarket HEI distributor, ires, lugs. New Mustang II rack and pinion. New alternator, ew Mustang gas tank and sender. Dual side pipes. Cobra tach and reverse speedometer. Quick release racing type steering wheel. Racing seat belts, point. New windshield. Hand formed and bead rolled aluminum inner fenders and inside shields. New front rotors and pads. New rear pads.
Only about 150 miles on this build although the title says 95k. Title mileage is from what the DMV said is "donor" car which was a 1967 Mustang, ven though there are no 1967 mustang parts in the car as it is a scratch build.
Seats are vinyl covered steel and the driver's seat is lowered and set back enough so that I fit into the car - I'm 6' 2". You'll fit better than me if you are shorter.
Wheels are 5 lug standard Ford 4.5" bolt circle - plenty of new wheels from Jegs and Summit in this pattern.
Not sure where body came from - likely a drag shell. Not built from a kit but from scratch. Car is titled in NJ as 1967 Cobra. Comes with build book. Body style appears to be earlier Cobra.
Doors do not open - super stiff chassis tubes cross at door area. You step over and into the car as one would with, ay, nd Ariel Atom. Triangulation at doors gives chassis superior stiffness and rigidity.
Body can be lifted off by removing 14 bolts, o this would be an easy car to modify.
Paint is best described as a fine, mateur job, hiny and presentable but by no means perfect or show quality. Some nicks and chips. Stickers easily removed with hair dryer. Shadow from roundel/gumball is unpolished and can be polished until it is gone if desired.
See wider and larger fender flares in photos.
Runs fine, xcellent sound, ee build videos on Youtube here:

Way lower reserve than what you would pay for just a raw kit from the usual manufacturers.
