You are bidding on a 1974 Avant, door coup, elling this car to settle an estate. I'll my best to represent the car to you, haven't had much to do with Studebakers so hopefully I can get you the correct info.for this car. It has been stored inside for 9 year, I'm told it was restored just before the storage time(comes with a picture album of the work done). Power comes from a 5.7 Chevy engine (new battery and oil and and fuel it started up. Transmission is a 700R4 overdrive automatic with a custom shifter.. rear-end is a limited slip Dana ?. Power Disc brakes in fron, rums in the rea, ower steering. Newer exhaus, sounds great) After looking at the car close I didn't see any rust or damage other than some scratches in the paint surface, see pics) overall looks presentable but could use a little touch up here and there. A new windshield was just installed due to a canoe falling in the Garage. Power windows and locks work, as A/C but the belt is n missing. looks like all new gauges. Runs and drives, rakes and steering feel good. Interior looks to be redone and looks good with the high back buckets front seats.
