2nd Chance ~ This is a Re-List. Previous winning bidder asked to have bid removed because he was unable to arrange transport. This 1951 Starlight Coupe is one of the neatest Studes ever built (my opinion).To get it over with, et me start with some negatives on this car.

The left door glass is cracked as seen in the pictures.

Both front fenders have rust repair ~ look at the close-up shots.

Trunk floor was repaired. My opinion, he repairs weren't done well.

The chrome has pitting, ypical of any car of this age.

Slight oil leak very typical of all Studes. Nothing to worry about ~ my opinion.

Now, or some positives of this well built automobile.

She starts right up due to 2) 6V batteries.

An alternator keeps these batteries fully charged.

Brakes stop her, ut they should be reworked.

Tires are decent.

She runs down the road very straight and rides very smooth.

Recently re-upholstered mohair seats, ront & back.

Headliner looks good.

Seats and carpets are nice.

Windows are all in working order.

So to answer some basic questions:

• Yes. It will run fine around town.
• Yes. The paint is presentable, ut far from perfect and definitely not show quality.
