This ADULT OWNED little beauty is my personal collectible. I purchased this gem 25 years ago from a retired Arizona couple who took meticulous care of it. They kept it garaged and hardly put any miles on it so I knew what a rare treasure it was.

I originally thought to make it my daily driver but decided it was too nice and chose to keep it as a fun collectible instead. Ever since I have treated it with utmost care as you'd expect for any collectible. Over the years I drove it only occasionally just to keep the fluids circulating and NEVER took it offroad. I always changed the oil, fluids, and plugs regularly and kept it safely parked or stored in my garage all these years.

I would keep it still but due to my current age of 60, combined with a health setback a couple years ago I am finally forced to part with it.

STORED VEHICLE NOTE: The photographs you see were taken 3-4 years ago, some time around my health crisis. Since then the Samurai has remained un-driven stored in my garage under blankets. AS A CONSEQUENCE THE BUYER WILL NEED TO CHANGE THE FLUIDS BEFORE STARTING / DRIVING. I am told by my mechanic that before you can safely start and drive it you should have the old gas, oil, and antifreeze drained and replaced. It is also likely the battery is dead and will need to be recharged or replaced

ALL ORIGINAL, ALL STOCK except where noted like the hand-made custom front bumper crafted by a metal fabricator. I like the florescent green, but as I've gotten older I've thought a coat of deep blue paint on the bumper would look great against the red body. I also added the high performance Blue Jacobs Electronics plug wires shown in the pictures as well as the Jacobs coil. At some point I replaced the stock exhaust manifold with the aluminum / ceramic header you see which I purchased online from Calmini. The header is followed up by an upgraded exhaust system which extends all the way back to the tail pipe, also purchased from Calmini.

ALL these modifications: the plug wires, the coil, the header, and the exhaust system are completely 100% COMPLIANT with current emissions laws in Arizona while adding a few percentage points of increased engine performance and horse power.

The motor runs smooth when I was still driving it and it tracked nice and straight down the 101 freeway through Scottsdale and handily kept up with traffic in the 80-85 mph range. The fastest I ever tested it at was 90mph on a calm day, which I'm told is unusually fast for one of these.

As with any used vehicle there a few paint blemishes and marks but they are few to be had and small. The only dent worthy of mention is located under the right headlight, but it is located in a rather obscure location so I never messed with it preferring to keep the original paint 100% intact. As a result, you’re looking at a truly stunning, low miles Samurai in unheard of condition that’s been ridden gently by retirees. How does it get any sweeter?

NEVER OFF-ROADED and NO rust. The paint is still shiny and newish looking (you can see my palm tree reflected in the hood in the picture). For me, this is the best Samurai I’ve ever seen or driven, BAR NONE. It shows in the quality of care and the maintenance in this one. And the 86,000 miles are 100% ORIGINAL, verified by Arizona Class A Title.
