ANOTHER CUSTOM 4X4 FROM STATLER TOYOTA!
Built to appear at the 30th anniversary of Back to the Future events, his is for the Back to the Future collector that may already have a time machine in his garage, nd needs to complete the set! This is a 1985 Toyota 4x4 EFI Extra Cab pickup, uilt to look like the screen used truck from Back to the Future, hat Marty McFly sees in the first film, nd finds it in his garage at the end of the film!
This truck has had a $6,500 frame off paint job, ew rebuilt and recovered seats, ew factory carpet, ew properly installed interior ceiling, nd recovered rear wall. Proper and complete Smitty bumpers were added front and back. Correct Roll bar and "KC" off road lights were added and wired up, s well as a pair of fog lights on the front bumper. New correct rims were just added, nd the tires have less than a hundred miles on them. Included is "80's correct" "THE CLUB" steering wheel lock!Paint shop has truck to correct one small area, nd fix paint chips when upholstery place installed interior ceiling (the windows all have to come out, o tuck the material under the side and rear windows) This fix will be included but I don't know how long the paint shop will take to do it. Should be done before auction is over.5 Speed manual transmission as well as off road 4 wheel drive. The motor has had several thousand dollars of repairs done, llreceiptsare included with the truck.It is currently registered in California, ith tags, nd recent smog certificate. The motor would run better a little richer so if you take it out of Calif. have a mechanic adjust it for better performance as it is set very lean.
