Description for Toyota Corolla 1989

Rare Corolla All-Trac with 144k original miles, cyl., utomatic, nd automatic center differential that distributes the power to the wheels needing traction. The paint is fading in places, here are some scratches, ut absolutely no rust, nd a near spotless interior. One owner from 1989 to 2012 -- I bought it in the fall of 2013 from the second owner. I have service records going back to the early 90s. In the 2 years I've owned it I've done the following:

Replaced entire a/c with an R134a system (plus I just had it evacuated and recharged on 9/4/15 to the tune of almost $300).

New Falken tires (20k miles on them)

Various seals, oses, nd gaskets replaced

New JVC radio/cd player, ith aux and USB inputs

Timing Belt was replaced by the original owner at 105k miles

Minor flaws:

1. On both the driver and passenger seats, here is a rip on the sides that face the doors (see photos). I had duct tape on them (that's the discoloration -- I'll clean it) but will try to repair with vinyl seat repair kit. The rest of the seats, ront and rear, re perfect.

2. The bottom reflector on the left side rear light is broken .The light itself works. (see photo)

3. The center a/c vents were always loose in the dash, nd now one is missing (see photo). I've been trying to source one but haven't been successful yet. The vents blow the air perfectly fine.

4. I replaced the high beam stalk, ut there was a tiny internal plastic bit that was impossible to locate. So my mechanic wired a separate toggle switch that turns on the high beams. It works perfectly.

This is a totally reliable vehicle -- I've used it to commute from Nashville to Murfreesboro (MTSU, here I work), nd have taken it on trips to Kansas City and St. Paul. I'd drive it anywhere tomorrow with no worries. It is also somewhat unique, s most All-Tracs were Tercels, smaller and less powerful car. I get comments on it all the time, specially in its condition. And the AWD provides unbelievable grip on those slippery Tennessee winter roads. It would make an awesome family vehicle or a reliable college car, nd is easily good for at least another 100k miles. Clean Tennessee title. Just passed inspection. I'm selling because I'm looking for something perhaps a bit more on the sporty side -- or maybe something English/German/Italian/French/Swedish (hint: open to trades up, own, r across). Plus I'm actually moving much closer to work (less than a mile away) so don't need such a reliable car :-)

Vehicle is listed for sale elsewhere, o I retain the right to remove it from eBay before the auction is over.

Thanks!
