This BJ41 is awesome and so much fun to drive!

Engine runs great - no known issues.

Perfectly roadworthy, currently registered and licensed in Texas, driven occasionally.

I purchased this vehicle in Japan in 2008 and drove it daily while living there. I loved it so much I brought it back to the US with me in 2009. Since then it has been driven occasionally during its partial restoration, and was stored indoors for a 2 year period when I was overseas 2012-2014.

Partial restoration includes: professionally reupholstered seats; professionally sandblasted/repainted hood, sides, side doors, ambulance doors, and bumpers; new gaskets around doors and windows; new chrome hood and windshield locks

New parts include: roof and roof liner, tires, clutch, gas tank, interior rubber mats, racing harness style rear seat belts (3 of the 4 are installed), dashboard

Mileage is unknown; odometer reads 37,222 kilometers.

The pan/body, windshield and frame have rust that eventually needs to be addressed. Pictures are a good indicator of the condition, where the brightness of the red paint job indicates what has been restored and repainted versus what remains unrestored and not repainted.

This is a great project for a BJ41 lover, with a good bit already done for you!
