95% rust free FJ55 Iron Pig
Up for grabs is a really nice original patina late model 55. There is no motor or transmission, but who really cares? It’s a gorgeous shell ready for your 2F, 3FE, 4BT, or 2UZ. Front fenders are not bolted on in the pictures.
It has a clean title and matching vin plates, hard to find rust free ‘78 hood ($800), hard to find ‘78 radiator($500), lower valance that goes under grill, driveshafts, instrument cluster, good mirrors($130), more mirrors, extra vents, door latches, good tailgate handle($300+), tailgate motor, all glass, window frames, good bumpers, dome lights, radio, knobs, all kinds of hard to find and expensive Pig parts in boxes.
Most of the glass has been pulled in preparation to apply sound deadening and rust prevention inside the door/body panels. I do have it all and it is included.
The axles and springs appear to be stock with some FJ60 wheels and street tires. It rolls and steers freely onto your trailer and into your garage.
The one rusted through spot is the driver side floor board and it come with a new patch that’s is stamped specifically for a 55 ($$$). Frame is very solid all around.
I have a nice low mileage 2F, 4 speed, and transfer case for an additional $1500 to the vehicle sales price. Also have a new set of new 33” BFG KM3 available.
