1989 Toyota Supra Sports Roof PARTS CAR Title problems, does not run

1989 Toyota Supra Automatic being sold for parts or racing project. Has a NC title that was signed by both parties and notarized but never turned in. In NC, you would have to file a lost title form and be in contact with original owner whom I do not know. Title is included with it but has those problems. I'm not sure if there is a way around that. Exterior is Silver and is faded all around. Some rust on rear right quarter panel. Overall the exterior is in good shape for a 33 year old car. Sport top car. T top has trouble attaching. No major dents. No major rust other than right rear quarter. Parts of engine has been disassembled. Most parts are in the back seat but I,ve noticed some seem to be missing like the valve cover. Interior is burgundy. Driver and passenger seat in good condition. Needs good cleaning. Dash is cracked. Steering wheel has wear. 158,745 miles on odometer. Aftermarket muffler installed. Car does not run or drive. Will need to be towed. Pickup and delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. $250 deposit required when purchased. Remaining due within 7 days.
